Who
we are
We are Chris and Erica Shanks. Erica is a full time realtor who early in her career learned the value of staging. She began to offer staging to her seller clients and after several years of building a large inventory and a streamlined process, she and her husband Chris were ready to offer their services to other real estate professionals! Chris has a background in construction and with his know-how and our tried and true tradespeople, we have built a team of home experts that can tackle just about anything a house needs!
